City Paper first rolled off the presses in 1991, a month before the Baltics regained independence. At the time, it was one of the region’s only privately owned publications. City Paper covers Baltic stories, events, people and places. Its readers are foreign travellers and business people, locals and expats.


The magazine is printed 11 times per year with an annual print run of 132,000 copies, reaching thousands of readers.
One ad, three countries. City Paper is the only magazine distributed in all Baltic States - Estonia, Latvia, Lithuania. One ad at one price reaches three countries.
The publisher of the City Paper also publishes The Baltic Times, the Baltics’ No.1 source of news in English. Everything you will ever need to know about the Baltic States will be provided by the one publishing house.
