Upon receiving a brokerage agreement we research market conditions and available inventories to establish an aircraft's value. Beyond cost ---- tax implications, mission requirements and a host of additional factors are considered when determining the most advantageous deals for our clients. Negotiation, facilitating pre purchase inspections, tracking documentation through escrow, and securing or arranging deposits and final payments are included in our services.
Corporate Flight Management provides the full range of in house flight support services. As a result, CFM Jet provides a streamlined "one stop shopping" experience for buyers and sellers.
Pre purchase inspection and repairs are available through our Smyrna maintenance facility. Our flight department provides demonstration flight and aircraft relocation services. This in house capability streamlines the sales and acceptance process saving time and money.
