Hellenic Lines
Our web site is the electronic version of "Hellenic Lines", the newspaper of the Hellenic Front, a Greek political party whose ideological keystones are Hellenic nationalism, democracy and the free-market economy. Party cadres, as well as journalists and academics are columnists for the newspaper, which is published since March 1997. The electronic edition is obviously not-for-profit. Hellenic Front is a patriotic party founded in 1994 and politically active since 1998. Hellenic Front's raison d' etre is to express the Greek patriots, build a National Opposition Front, reverse the policy of national servitude and compliance to the orders of the foreign interests and, at the same time, propose a modern way which, securing the National Sovereignty, leads to Freedom, Creativity and Development.

President of the Hellenic Front is the lawyer Makis Voridis. Hellenic Front took part in the 1998 local elections receiving 0.58% with Makis Voridis as Athens candidate mayor. In the 1999 European elections Hellenic Front received 0,12%. In the 2000 National elections Hellenic Front allied with the Front Line party and received 0.18%. In the 2002 local elections Hellenic Front took part in 5 districts and received on average 1.4% (0.9% in Athens with Makis Voridis, 1.2% in Peiraeus with Christos Charitos, 1.2% in Thessalonica with Yannis Kouriannidis, 4.5% in Karditsa with Kostas Kardaras and 2.2% in Eastern Attica with Miltiades Kremmydas). In the 2004 National elections Hellenic Front received 0.09%.
