The BRVM closed its fixing session on Wednesday, March 26, 2008, slightly lower than the previous one. The BRVM Composite index lost 0.10%, dropping from 228.01 to 227.79 points. The BRVM 10 index closed at 258.77 points down 0.14%.

1. The value of the transactions was 70.99 million CFA francs, compared to the 110.23 million CFA francs reported last Session.

2. Trading involved 13 of the 38 companies listed on the stock exchange. The number of securities traded climbed to 18,984.

3. 14 of the 20 accredited brokerage firms, including 7 from outside CŸte d'Ivoire, took part in the market.
