NAS Business Management System is an interrelated structural system that provides an integrated network of managerial, administrative and functional working frameworks and relationships. This Manual sets the first stage for the establishment of NAS Business Management Systems and the milestone for ISO 9000/2000 certification. The Manual is tailored specifically for NAS structure, orientation, mission and needs. Through the genuine adoption of this Manual and other supporting documents, NAS will maintain the quality of its service, realize ultimate work efficiency, optimum utilization of resources and maximum profitability.

Employees can only achieve the successful implementation of this Manual through a true commitment to its details. This commitment includes individualÌs personal belief that this Manual is a document that is needed to perform our business in the most successful manner.
