Pannon Hungary
The foundations of our operation: Corporate Code of Ethics

The key principles outlined in PannonÌs Code of Ethics make it clear that Ïcorporate ethics is not only about avoiding the breach of law. It is more about an ethical behaviour towards each other and third parties. All employees and contract partners of Pannon are responsible for complying with the rules, guidelines and standards of behaviour based on Pannon's key values Ò values we can all be proud of. Involving our employees, we aim to build an effective corporate culture based on satisfaction and security.Ó

Pannon adapted the ethical requirements of its parent company, Telenor, to the Hungarian environment, which means it asserts globally outstanding Scandinavian ethical standards in Hungary. Ethical guidelines apply to Board members, managers, employees and any party acting on behalf of Pannon.

Every Pannon employee shall review and observe the below outlined guidelines. Upon joining the company, they have to sign a document to confirm their commitment to ethical behaviour. Those breaking these guidelines shall accept the consequences of their misconduct in proportion with the type and severity of their non-compliance.

Pannon employees shall observe general Pannon values both at work and in their private lives. The below guidelines make the expectations of Pannon clear for all employees and business partners.

But ethics works both ways for Pannon. While setting stringent ethical guidelines for employees, Pannon also provides them with a generous employee benefit package, a personalized training plan and other benefits to make them feel that it is not only them who have to take responsibility: Pannon feels responsible for them, too.
