These are located in Tulsa, Okla.; Cedar Rapids, Iowa; Waukesha, Wis.; Knoxville, Tenn; and Bolingbrook, Ill. U.S. Cellular also operates 340 retail locations nationwide and has more than 1,200 agent partners.

U.S. Cellular enjoys one of the highest customer retention rates in the industry. The company serves both consumers and business customers with many different wireless products and services.
