AerolÃneas de Baleares, SA (AeBal) was established in December 1999. Its Headquarters is in Palma de Mallorca, Spain.

The company was set up mainly to provide scheduled air transport of passengers and cargo to and from the Balearic Islands. AeBal started operations on July 4, 2000.

At present, AeBal is owned 100% by the SAS Group (Scandinavian Air System). AeBal is member of IATA (International Ait Transport Association).
