China Xinhua Airlines was founded in Aug. 1992, with the headquarter established in Beijing, Its operating bases were set in Capital international airport and Tianjin Binhai International airport, mainly dealing with domestic passenger and freight transportation. Before being reassembled, Xinhua airlines has set up an almost complete system of flight transportation, maintenance, marketing, air and land service, control and safety management and obtained good performance, keep a record of no accident for 8 years. The company had 9 Boeing 737 and a staff of 1300 people , 2 subsidiaries in Tianjin, Shenzhen, established business departments in 14 large and middle cities throughout the country and opened more than 50 airlines from Beijing, Tianjin to over 40 cities. After being reassembled, China Xinhua Airlines transferred rapidly to Modern enterprises' system from traditional State-owned enterprise system. The registered capital increased to 1.83 billion yuan from the original 1.5 million yuan. The balance sheet ratios have been reduced to 37% from the original 98%, which optimized the structure of capital and enhanced the ability to defend against risks and the ability to develop in a steady rapid way. According to the strategy of HNA Group, the company has started to conform with HNA, HNA group in developing scheme, product structure, managing mode, operating system, business ideal and culture.
