Welcome to the website of St. Maarten's #1 cellular service provider. With East Caribbean Cellular, you get cellular phone coverage of St. Maarten / St. Martin, along with Saba and St. Barths, the Anguilla Channel and the surrounding waters.
Visitors can pre-register for service via fax or fill our our online form when planning to visit Sint Maarten / Saint Martin, or any of the other islands in ECC's coverage area. Or just dial "0" on your cellular telephone when arriving on the island and an operator will register you. Your phone must be set to System B (see "Roamers" for more information).
We are the only cellular carrier that provides local coverage throughout the area of Sint Maarten/Saint Martin, Saba, and St. Barths.
