Flybe
The new larger Flybe will after acquisition have the following dimensions:

12 Countries
167 routes
24 UK airports
30 European airports
7 million passengers in 2007
£500m in revenues
Europe's largest low-cost regional airline
77 aircraft
Flybe is now EuropeÌs largest regional low-cost airline. Following the successful acquisition of BA Connect in March 2007, the route network is 70% domestic UK, 20% European business and 10% European leisure destinations.

Our $3 billion investment programme, and the phasing out of older aircraft, means Flybe will fly one of the most environmentally sensitive fleets in the world, exclusively comprised of Embraer 195 and Bombardier Q400 aircraft.

Flybe has major bases at Birmingham, Southampton, Belfast, Manchester, Jersey, Guernsey, Inverness, Edinburgh and Glasgow. It is the largest scheduled airline at Birmingham, Manchester, Norwich, Exeter, Inverness, Southampton, Isle of Man, Belfast City and the Channel Islands. Flybe operates out of more UK airports than any other airline.

Flybe has been a market leader in developing its range of passenger services. Flybe is the only low cost airline to offer a business service, Flybe Economy Plus, and runs the UK's most generous Frequent Flyer Programme. We were the first low cost airline to offer online check-in to passengers carrying hand and hold baggage; and the first to introduce a pre-assigned seating facility allowing passengers to pre-book their seats.
