Gol Linhas Aereas - Brazil Airlines

Gol tickets are electronic, issued during the check in process and serve as the passengers receipt. You will find on this ticket in a visible location and simplified language all the information you might require concerning your flight.
Boarding

Ô Domestic flights: you should arrive at the Gol check in counter at least one hour (sixty minutes) prior to the take off time of your flight.

Ô International flights: you should arrive at the Gol check in counter at least two hours (120 minutes) prior to the take off time of your flight.
Passengers boarding in Peru should check in at the Gol customer service counter three hours prior to international flight departure times and two hours before domestic flights.

This information is provided clearly on the ticket as well as your seat number. If possible you should arrive with time to spare at the airport so that you can check in and arrive at your departure gate calmly and without rushing.

Attention:

- For INTERNATIONAL BOARDINGS at the Buenos Aires Airport (Ezeiza) the boarding fee of US$ 18.00 may be paid at the authorized counters within the airport itself. This amount may be paid in either US dollars or in Argentine pesos.

- For INTERNATIONAL BOARDINGS at the Cordoba Airport, the boarding fee of US$29.00 may be paid at the authorized counters within the airport itself. This amount may be paid in either US dollars or in Argentine pesos.

- For INTERNATIONAL TRAVEL from the Ros?rio Airport the boarding tax is (US$ 18.00) and will be discriminated in the value of the ticket.

- For INTERNATIONAL BOARDINGS at the Santa Cruz de La Sierra Airport (Viru Viru) the boarding fee of US$ 25.00 may be paid at the authorized counters within the airport itself. For Bolivian RESIDENTS there is another fee of US$20.00 which must be paid at the same counters. These amounts may be paid either in US dollars or in Bolivian currency.

- For INTERNATIONAL BOARDINGS at the Panam? City Airport the boarding fee of US$ 18.00 may be paid at the authorized counters within the airport itself.

- For INTERNATIONAL TRAVEL from the Assunci€n Airport the boarding tax is (US$ 18.00) and will be discriminated in the value of the ticket.

- For INTERNATIONAL BOARDINGS at the Montevideo Airport, the boarding fee of US$29.00 may be paid at the authorized counters within the airport itself.

- For INTERNATIONAL BOARDINGS at the Arturo Merino Benitez the boarding fee of US$ 30.00 and will be discriminated in the value of the ticket.

- For INTERNATIONAL BOARDINGS at the Lima Airport the boarding fee of US$ 30,25 may be paid at the authorized counters within the airport itself.

Rebooking/Cancellations/Reimbursements

Up to 24 hours prior to your flight

There is no charge for rebooking requests for flight changes up to 24 hours prior to the flight. However, in the event of a request for cancellation, or reimbursement it will be processed with an administrative charge of 20%. In the event of requests for flight changes there will be a rate difference charge in the event that there is one between the prices of the flights, keeping in mind that air tickets can have different rates depending on the time, route and seat availability.

Within 24 hours prior to the flight

There will be a charge for cancellations of R$ 30.00 + 20% of the rate related to the reimbursement which will be processed on the credit card statement, upon request.

For changes there will be a charge of R$ 30.00 (and the rate difference, if any).

After flight takeoff

There will be a no show charge in the amount of R$ 80.00, and the remaining amount will be credited to the passengers reservation which can be used toward the purchase of a new flight through the GOL Sales Center or travel agents, valid for regular rates for one year from the no show date. Clients, who prefer, can request reimbursement. In this event there will be a 20% charge of the rate related to the reimbursement.

Any alteration in the purchase in the event of no shows can only be effected by the passenger, except when the remaining credit can only be transferred to another.

In the event of a no show, all of the other subsequent connections contained in the reservation will be cancelled, except for shuttle flights (Congonhas - Santos Dumont - Congonhas).

There will be no charge in the event of no shows for shuttle flights.

Reimbursements

In all cases of reimbursement there will be a charge of 20% of the value of the rate paid out (including cancellations effected on the same day of purchase). Some rates are ineligible for reimbursement after the first leg. Depending on the instance, other administrative taxes may be applicable to the amount paid. Reimbursement may be requested up to one year subsequent to the purchase date.
