The educative system of the Republic of Equatorial Guinea is a very ambitious one, designed to provide a framework for the entire population's development, not only for the current generation but also for the future.
In the educative system reform project as proposed by the government in January 1995, the Government's intentions are clearly stressed: first, there is the reformulation of global scolarisation objectives and realistic and functional policies and means to put them in place; The review of all levels and modalities of teaching, not leaving out the education cursus, which includes 'de facto' the examination system and forms of academic performance control.
The overall training is a guarantee for a serene future.
The General law on Education was approved by the Parliament within the framework of the second Ordinary session from October 28 to the 19th of December 1994
