Save Time
Domestic Online Check-in
Save time at the airport and check-in online with or without baggage for your Qantas domestic or QantasLink* flight. Check-in online at a time convenient to you from home, the office or anywhere with an internet connection and a printer, between 24 hours and one hour before your flight departure.
QuickCheck
QuickCheck is an easy way to check in at the airport for your Qantas domestic flight. In two steps, it's the fast, no-fuss option for those travelling with or without baggage.
Simply check in at the QuickCheck kiosk and collect your boarding pass, then drop your baggage at a Bag Drop counter.
Valet Parking
Drive to Qantas Valet Parking at the terminal, drop off your car and proceed straight to check-in. Automatic payments with Valet Express make coming home just as easy. Simply collect your keys and go!
On the move
Qantas understands you're constantly on the move, so we've developed a range of features to help you stay on schedule.
Register for SMS Flight Updates and if your flight time changes, you'll receive an SMS notifying you of your revised departure time.
Stay in control with Qantas information on your mobile phone. You can plan meetings and arrive on time when meeting colleagues or family at the airport using Qantas WAP, with up-to-the-minute arrival and departure times, worldwide timetables and Qantas contact numbers.
With the Qantas Personal Digital Assistant (PDA) Channel, view our worldwide timetable, access Qantas contact information and find Qantas Club locations, no matter where you are in the world!

Relax and Prepare for your Flight
The Qantas Club
The Qantas Club provides members^ with the perfect environment in which to prepare for a flight, catch up on work or just relax. The Qantas Club offers refreshments, complimentary bar services*, newspapers, entertainment and shower facilities.
Qantas Club members also receive dedicated check-in, priority baggage handling and additional baggage allowances. Also, all of our Australian lounges provide complimentary wireless internet access so you can stay connected.
Platinum and Gold Frequent Flyer members, and Business and First class customers have complimentary access to The Qantas Club on the day of travel with Qantas, QantasLink or Jetstar~. With The Qantas Club you'll enjoy a global network of Qantas Club lounges and access to partner lounges#.
The Qantas Club experience is continually being refreshed to ensure that time spent at the airport is in comfort. Sydney, Melbourne and Brisbane Qantas Club lounges now provide new work areas throughout the lounge, an enhanced food and beverage offering, and a barista service.

Qantas Drive
Qantas Drive is a luxury limousine service that provides an alternative to taking taxis to and from the airport.
A chauffeur will pick you up from your door and can be waiting for you when you land. You can book Qantas Drive for an hourly fee whenever you are travelling on a Qantas flight to or from any major Australian airport.
Maximise Your Time at the Airport
Domestic Business lounges
Complementing our Qantas Club facilities in Sydney, Melbourne and Brisbane domestic terminals, Qantas is proud to introduce a new domestic lounge experience from mid 2008. Qantas Business lounges will offer Business, Platinum and oneworld Emerald guests a new area in which to work and prepare for your flight. Business Lounges will be located adjacent to The Qantas Club and will feature shower amenities, quiet work suites, social facilities and a signature food offering.
Qantas Web Connect
With Qantas Web Connect you can stay connected at the airport with broadband internet access. Qantas Web Connect offers workstations with high-speed desktop and laptop broadband internet access, or wireless hotspots in Qantas domestic terminals in Sydney T3, Melbourne, Brisbane and Perth. Workstations are located in or next to gate lounges, as well as food courts, cafes and arrival halls. Internet access is charged at A$5 per hour for desktop, laptop and wireless options. You can purchase multi-use subscriptions at self-service kiosks within the domestic terminals, which are valid at any of the Qantas Web Connect terminals.
Qantas Meeting Rooms
Qantas Meeting Rooms are available in Sydney T3 and Melbourne domestic terminals. Qantas Meeting Rooms offer a convenient venue with state-of-the-art technology to host meetings at the airport. Meeting rooms are available at competitive rates, and you do not have to be travelling to make a booking.

Qantas provides all the benefits of a premium, full-service airline with international First, Business and Economy, and domestic Business and Economy.
Premium Economy is also now on sale for selected international flights commencing in April 2008 from Sydney. Premium Economy offers a new choice in travel with space and comfort in the privacy of a dedicated cabin.
Complementing the travel experience in First, our new First lounges designed by Marc Newson are now open in Sydney and Melbourne.
In Business, you can enjoy extra comfort with our award winning Skybed (available on selected International aircraft), convenience and enhanced services to make your entire journey more rewarding.

Meals, drinks and snacks
Qantas works closely with food and wine experts to source products that represent the best Australia has to offer.
Our innovative food service will enhance your in-flight experience with complementary meals or snacks tailored to the time of day you travel. On Qantas CityFlyer flights, breakfast is served until 8.30am and dinner from 6pm until 8pm.
To complement your meal on international flights and Qantas CityFlyer flights after 4pm (Perth CityFlyer flights after 12pm), we offer a range of specially selected premium wines from some of Australia's top winemakers. Qantas sommelier trained cabin crew are available on Qantas international flights to provide recommendations on wine choices onboard.

From the latest blockbusters to news and current affairs, our inflight entertainment has something for everyone.
On domestic flights, keep abreast of the day's events with regular news updates throughout the day, plus enjoy our comedy and variety programming. All of our international Boeing 747-400 aircraft and Airbus A330-300 aircraft are fitted with our state-of-the-art on-demand entertainment systems. Start, pause, fast forward and stop any of our 60 movies, 200 TV programs, 20 radio channels and 150 CDs whenever you like.
Complementary newspapers are also available at the departure gate for Qantas CityFlyer flights between 6am and 9am Monday to Friday.
