Sabah Air
Penerbangan Sabah Sdn Bhd or better known as Sabah Air is wholly owned by the Sabah State Government and comes under the purview of the State Ministry of Finance. It has an authorized capital of RM100 million of which RM41 million is fully paid up.
The Board of Sabah Air is made up of individuals of wide experiences and backgrounds from both Government and private sectors. The Board formulates policy directions and approves corporate objectives as well as strategic plans for implementation by the management.
The stewardship of the company is placed in the hands of the General Manager and four division heads. The four divisions heads Ò Operations, Marketing, Engineering and Finance, coordinate and integrate their respective function in unison to provide services and to meet the requirements of the CompanyÌs customers.
Sabah Air holds and Air Operator Certificate issued by the Malaysian Department of Civil Aviation to carry out non-scheduled air services and flying services.
