CARRIER'S REGULATIONS
Passengers and baggage check-in in Saratov airport is performed:
On domestic lines: starts two hours prior the time of departure and is finished forty minutes before the time of departure;
On international lines: three hours prior time of departure and is finished one hour before the time of departure.
Passengers reported late for check-in, which is completed 40 minutes before departure time shown on the on the ticket will be denied boarding the flight.
The Carrier may deny boarding:
for the reasons of aviation safety and in event of a threat to the health of the other passengers;
in order to prevent from violating the appropriate laws, rules and regulations of public bodies of any country that owns the area to, from or through which the carriage is being performed;
if the passenger refuses to abide by the rules, regulations and instructions of the Carrier;
if the passenger is ill and his or her physical condition poses a threat to his health or to the health of other passengers;
when passenger 's documents are not drawn up in the proper way.
As well as:
to persons posing a threat or being capable of causing damage to other passengers and their property;
to passengers suffering from alcohol or drug intoxication;
to passengers whose actions violate common rules of transportation by air.
However in some cases when a passenger is denied boarding on the prebooked flight due to the Carrier's omission, the latter may provide the passenger with extra services o pay a fixed indemnity.
Passengers are entitled to a complete or partial refund of an amount for an unused part of the transportation, either at the place of purchase of the ticket issuance if the carriage has not been performed in full, and /or within one year from the date of departure within the outbound sector unless Fare Rules provide otherwise.
When making reservations or changing conditions of carriage after the ticket purchase (name of passenger, flight number, class of service, date of departure from outbound or inbound sector etc.) please require the airline or your travel agent in respect of the fare so that they may assist you in complying with the restrictions which may exist.
Failure to comply with the restrictions may result in increase in fare and/ or additional expenses. In some cases, special fees may be charged for changing the booking conditions or canceling of special fare tickets.
This ticket is good for carriage only for the indicated flight and date and for the person for whom the ticket was issued.
Carriage of passenger baggage. Passengers may take some small articles in cabin (handbags, etc.) which can be carried in the cabin within the limit of free baggage allowance without any Carries liability for these articles. Maximum weight of one article shouldn't be more than 5 kg with maximum size of 45x35x15 cm. Only one article is allowed on board cabin baggage.
Carriage of Pets is not allowed in the passenger cabin, except guide-dog for the blind. 0pets can be transported by prior consent of the Carrier and to be carried on the baggage hold of the aircraft.
The Carrier has the right to limit the weight of the excess baggage over the free baggage allowance. If a passenger intends to bring baggage in excess of the prearranged and paid weight, that baggage will be accepted only if the maximum payload capacity of the aircraft is not exceeded, and after payment of the excess baggage charges.
Bulky baggage (each parcel being a total sum of its three dimensions over 200 cm) and heavy baggage (each parcel over 30 kg) can be carried only by the prior consent of the Carrier. Passengers must pay extra chargers for baggage in excess of free baggage allowance indicated on the appropriate coupon of the flight ticket, according to the rate applicable on the day of issue of the excess baggage ticket.
The Carrier assumes no liability for fragile, valuable or perishable articles.
For your air trip the following articles when retained in your custody will be carried free over and above the free baggage allowance: one lady's handbag or paper case, a reasonable amount of reading matte for the flight, infant's food for consumption in flight and infant carrying basket, bouquet of flowers, plastic bag, brief case, one umbrella or walking stick, one overcoat or raincoat, video camera, PC notebook, a fully collapsible invalid's wheel chair and/or a pair of crutches provided that the passenger is depend on them. The infant's carrying basket, the wheel chair and the pair of crutches may also be carried in the cargo compartment.
Dangerous articles in baggage. For aviation security reasons dangerous articles such as those listed below, must not be carried in a cabin and passenger's baggage:
explosives and other articles armed with them;
compressed and liquefied gases;
flammable liquids;
flammable solids;
radioactive materials;
oxidizing materials such as organic peroxides, bleaching powder;
poisons and poisonous substances;
caustic and corrosives
Arms, ammunition and special facilities of passenger authorized to posses and such facilities are subject to withdrawal for the whole flight time under statement by an officer in charge of security inspection. They are to be returned at the airport of destination.
Objects which could be used to attack the crew or passengers (knives, axes, snow axes, pneumonic arms, hunting guns, imitations of arms and other thrust and cutting objects) must be packed in a baggage.
