NGM is the exchange for Nordic growth companies. As an exchange, it approves and monitors the companies it lists. NGM Stock Exchange and OMX are the only exchanges in Sweden authorised by Finansinspektionen, the Swedish Financial Supervisory Authority.
NGM Stock Exchange offers listing and trading in equities on its NGM Equity list and derivatives trading on the Nordic Derivatives Exchange (NDX). It also operates Nordic MTF Stockholm and Nordic MTF Oslo, unregulated markets for trading in companies not yet officially listed. Through Nordic MTF we have raised the bar for trading in unlisted equities. It is the NGM Stock Exchange which approves and monitors the companies on this market too, so ensuring that conflicts of interest are avoided, and that trading features the same transparency and simplicity as on the official market.
