Viking Airlines
Founded in Northern Sweden and headquartered in Stockholm, Viking Airlines has bases and aircraft in Stockholm, and Greece, in both Athens and Heraklion (on the island of Crete).
Our mission is to be a charter and scheduled airline with quality.
We are the only airline in Scandinavia, except for SAS, with our own pilot training on the MD-80 aircraft. While many smaller airlines choose to hire contractors, we employ our own flight technicians. We believe this builds mutual responsibility and teamwork between pilots, technicians, and cabin crew. Together, we do that little bit extra to avoid delays and prevent problems, to keep our aircraft in top form, and to provide a pleasant journey for our passengers.
