Dear Zoom,
My wife and I recently traveled on Zoom for a holiday. We are new parents and brought-along our eight month-old son, Sam. We were very apprehensive as we had no idea how the flights would go.
As it turned-out, your cabin-crews on both legs of our trip were fantastic and the flights went amazingly well. At some point during each flight almost every member of the cabin-crew came to meet our son, and see how we were all doing (Some of them even picked him up and carried him in the aisle!).
